DESCRIPTION:
\n 	Celebrate the start of the spring/summer runn
 ing season with DC Road Runners&#39\; Women&#39\;s
  Distance Festival (WDF) 5K and Run-After-the-Wome
 n (RATW) 5K.&nbsp\; Our WDF race is part of the Ma
 ryland Road Runners Clubs of America&nbsp\;WDF Gra
 nd Prix Series.&nbsp\;(Note: to earn Bunion Derby 
 points\, women must run in the WDF 5K and men must
  run in the RATW 5K.).

 cancelation.&nbsp\; There will be no refund for ca
 nceling but you will open up a spot for a fellow r
 unner.

\n 	Refund Policy:&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;We have a strict no refund\, no transf
 er and no deferral policy on all of our low key ra
 ces.&nbsp\; However\, in the event we are forced t
 o cancel this race due to weather or other unfores
 een events we will make every attempt to reschedul
 e this race on another date.&nbsp\; In this event\
 , your registration would automatically carry over
  to the new date.&nbsp\; If you are unable to run 
 this new date or we are unable to find a new date 
 for the race we will grant you free entry into ano
 ther of our low key races in which room is availab
 le.

\n 	Volunteers:&nbsp\;We need many volunte
 ers to help coordinate the race events. &nbsp\;If 
 you would like to volunteer\, please&nbsp\;sign-up

\n 	Race-day Information: The Women&#39\
 ;s Distance Festival will start at&nbsp\;8:00 am\;
  the Run After the Women will start at&nbsp\;8:15 
 am.&nbsp\; The start/finish line is at Bon Air Par
 k in Arlington.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
\n 
\n 	Timing:&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\;This race is timed using the Chronotrack 
 timing system.
\n 
\n 	Post Race Celebration:&nbsp
 \; After the race stick around and celebrate a gre
 at run with your fellow runners\, watch the awards
  announcements and partake in refreshments.&nbsp\;
  Along the same vein as awards we do not guarantee
  food.&nbsp\; But again we love to provide it afte
 r our races.&nbsp\; Our races will generally have 
 food and drinks at the post race celebration.&nbsp
 \; We will have Gatorade and/or water at all funct
 ions and occasionally coffee or hot chocolate as w
 ell.&nbsp\; Food can include bagels\, cookies\, fr
 uit and even sometimes cake.&nbsp\; So stick aroun
 d and enjoy the celebration.

\n 	Stroller and 
 Dog Policy:&nbsp\; This race is held on a fairly n
 arrow public trail.&nbsp\; In addition to the many
  race participants this trail also remains open to
  the public for use by walkers\, runners and bicyc
 lers.&nbsp\; As such\, dogs and strollers are proh
 ibited on this particular course.

\n 	Headphon
 e Policy:&nbsp\; The use of headphones is strongly
  discouraged at all DCRR Club races.
