\n 	Celebrate the start of the spring/summer runn
 ing season with DC Road Runners&#39\; Women&#39\;s
  Distance Festival (WDF) 5K and Run-After-the-Wome
 n (RATW) 5K.&nbsp\; Our WDF race is part of the Ma
 ryland Road Runners Clubs of America&nbsp\;WDF Gra
 nd Prix Series.&nbsp\;(Note: to earn Bunion Derby 
 points\, women must run in the WDF 5K and men must
  run in the RATW 5K.).

 rict no refund\, no transfer and no deferral polic
 y on all of our low key races.&nbsp\; However\, in
  the event we are forced to cancel this race due t
 o weather or other unforeseen events we will make 
 every attempt to reschedule this race on another d
 ate.&nbsp\; In this event\, your registration woul
 d automatically carry over to the new date.&nbsp\;
  If you are unable to run this new date or we are 
 unable to find a new date for the race we will gra
 nt you free entry into another of our low key race
 s in which room is available.

 nformation: The Women&#39\;s Distance Festival wil
 l start at&nbsp\;8:00 am\; the Run After the Women
  will start at&nbsp\;8:15 am.&nbsp\; The start/fin
 ish line is near the South Pavilion of Bluemont Pa
 rk in Arlington.&nbsp\; Plenty of free parking!&nb

 n 	Timing:&nbsp\;&nbsp\;This race is timed using t
 he Chronotrack timing system.
\n 
\n 	Post Race Ce
 lebration:&nbsp\; After the race stick around and 
 celebrate a great run with your fellow runners\, w
 atch the awards announcements and partake in refre
 shments.&nbsp\; Along the same vein as awards we d
 o not guarantee food.&nbsp\; But again we love to 
 provide it after our races.&nbsp\; Our races will 
 generally have food and drinks at the post race ce
 lebration.&nbsp\; We will have Gatorade and/or wat
 er at all functions and occasionally coffee or hot
  chocolate as well.&nbsp\; Food can include bagels
 \, cookies\, fruit and even sometimes cake.&nbsp\;
  So stick around and enjoy the celebration.

  	Stroller and Dog Policy:&nbsp\; This race is hel
 d on a fairly narrow public trail.&nbsp\; In addit
 ion to the many race participants this trail also 
 remains open to the public for use by walkers\, ru
 nners and bicyclers.&nbsp\; As such\, dogs and str
 ollers are prohibited on this particular course.

 nes is strongly discouraged at all DCRR Club races
 .
