Feb 10 HPT Tempo Run

Hey everyone, sorry for the late email today.

Might be rainy this evening, but tempo is still on.

Way to go everyone who ran Langley this weekend. Especially Bobby for asserting his ALPHA status over Noah (who may have an excuse that we won't count).

The plan calls for 30 minutes worth of tempo tonight, so if all goes well and there is no flooding on Hains Point, we will run all the way around the point and back up to Georgetown.
