Hey everyone, welcome to June! I don't think we could possibly have a better day to start the month off. With temperatures in the low 70s and dewpoints down in the 30's we will have an ideal evening for summertime tempo.
Since it is this nice we might as well take advantage of it and run tempo instead of hills.
