August 6 HPT Hill Workout

What's up, everyone? 
 
It's the first Monday of the month, which obviously means that it's hill workout night! The plan for this evening calls for 6 hill repeats. 
 
It's going to be a warm and long workout, so make sure you bring some fluids.
