As always this is targeted Marine Corps Marathon with tempo runs every Monday except for the first Monday of the month, when we do hills.
For tonight, we are still doing the short version Iwo -> Jefferson -> G-Town (where Bobby will swim in the fountain like Ovie) -> Iwo.
