I have been dreading this email all morning, but the time has come to send the hill workout plan.
Today, much like the guy from the planet fitness commercial (https://youtu.be/q7gzmoqmL7g) we are going to go up a hill and come back down... ten times.
Good news is that the weather is pretty nice, and we now have a water fountain at the top of the hill we can use.
Warmup: 3 miles, Mt. Vernon trail to Roosevelt Island parking lot to Rosslyn
Repeats: 10 x Custis Trail from the Air Force Association/RRCA building to the bridge over I-66 (800m)
