Hello everyone, welcome to your weekly reminder that summer misery is coming, but it's thankfully not quite here yet.
Our structured workouts will start the second week of June, so until then we are still operating on the lazy kids / short tempo plan.
In case anyone needs a reminder.
Start warm up from the bike racks at Iwo Jima --> warm up to the Jefferson Memorial --> Tempo up the river to G-Town (corner of VA and Rock Creek) --> cooldown back to Iwo Jima.
If anyone is interested, tonight might be a good night to get post run sweaty district tacos or chipotle. Let the group know if you are up for it.
