First off congratulations to everyone who ran MCM yesterday

For those of us still preparing/running ( I think it's only me and Aidan) we will do the standard fare long hains point tempo run. 
 
Warmup start 6:30 at Iwo Jima
Meet DC folks at 6:55 at Jefferson Memorial
40 minutes tempo around HP to Gtown
and jog back to Iwo Jima.
