First HPT Workout

Welcome to the High performance training program, tonight will be our fisrt monday tempo workout. 

We will start from the Iwo Jima memorial at 6:30 P.M.

Run down to the Jefferson Memorial via MT Vernon Trail and 14th street Bridge
Take a short water break at the Jefferson memorial
Run 15 minutes at tempo pace along Ohio Drive and and Rock Creek Parkway.
Finally returning to Iwo Jima via Georgetown, Key Bridge, and Rosslyn. 

See ya at Iwo Jima at 6:30.
