October 17 HPT Tempo Run

Monday time means Tempo time... (I am running out of intro lines, send me suggestions)

So, who doesn't love fall? because this is definitely the most wonderful time of the year, at least for running.

Tonight's tempo session is the first cut down of the training cycle, which means we are going from 45 minutes down to 30. This also means that we don't need to go all the way around Hains Point anymore!

As usual we will depart the Iwo Jima memorial at 6:30, warming up down the Mt. Vernon Trail to the Jefferson memorial. From Jefferson we will start the tempo session at 6:55, running around the Buckeye Cutoff counterclockwise then up the river shore back to Georgetown.

See you all tonight.
