Feb 13 HPT Tempo run

Happy happy windy Monday everyone. To celebrate the wind, we are going to extend our tempo run all the way around the windiest place in DC, Hains Point.
Tonight's tempo session calls for 30 minutes of running at tempo pace.
Looking forward to seeing you all tonight with your skydiving face on.

Jan 30 HPT tempo run

Hey everyone, good news, I'm here this week. I know I know, you all have missed me so very much, but don't get too attached I will be gone again next week. I may just be planning my trips to skip hill days.
Tonight's tempo session calls for 27 minutes of heavy breathing and general pain, which I means that this is the last of our shorter tempos, starting in February we will do the full loop of Hains Point.
Looking forward to seeing you all tonight.

January 23 HPT Tempo Run

The plan for tonight is 24 minutes. We'll start at the Jefferson Memorial and run the Buckeye Drive loop counter-clockwise before heading north on Ohio Drive.
