Spirit of Reston 5 K is sponsored by the South Lakes High School Band Boosters.  This is an annual event for the band. The course is not USATF-certified, but it has been accurately measured.

WHEN: Saturday, April 14th at South Lakes High School.  Start time is 9:00 AM

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Around the South Lakes High School neighborhood

REGISTRATION:  Race day registration will begin at 8:00 am or on line is available.

Early Registration Feb 1^st – March 15^th:

15 and older = $30

Under 15 = $25

Regular Registration March 16^th – April 12^th:

15 and older: $35

Under 15: $30

Online Registration will close at Midnight, Thursday April 12^th. T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register on-line.   

Day of Registration = $40

Additional Information: Each mile of the course is marked, results will be posted on the DC Road Runners Web Site. The race will be timed using Chronotrack timing system.

Course is full of surprises!  Last year comments: “The best race ever!” “Thank you so much!  I really enjoyed the effort the band put into this race.” “Perfect!” Prizes will be given at the end of the race, donated by community businesses!  Such as free massages, food, and gift cards.
