Course:  5K out and back course through Silver Spring. Course map here.

T-Shirt:  Cotton short sleeve logo T-shirt for all runners. Please register by 8PM on Sunday, October 11th to guarantee your shirt and size.

Registration:  Entry fee is $25.00.  To register online, simply follow the register link at the bottom of this page.  You can also register by snail-mail (must be received by Saturday, October 10th), at packet pickup, or the morning of the race.  Download the paper entry form here.

Packet Pickup:  At Pacers Running Store (8535 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD 20910, (301) 495-7811), 12 noon to 4PM on Saturday, October 17th. Late pickup near the start line from 7:00 to 8:30 AM on race day.

Chip Timing: The race with be timed using the Chronotrack disposable chip timing system.
