Rolling, challenging course on Custis and W&OD bike paths, alongside Four Mile Run and I-66.

Distance and course: 12K (10AM) and 3K (10:10AM)

Registration: Online through 11:59 AM April 15; at early packet pickup; and starting at 9AM race day.

Early Packet Pickup: Road Runner Sports of Falls Church (1120 D West Broad Street) has graciously agreed to provide us time and space on Friday, April 16th (4-8pm), as well as gift certificates. Beat the rush on race morning! The store is conveniently located on Route 7, on your right if heading west towards Tyson’s Corner, in the heart of Falls Church. The shopping center also contains a Staples and a Starbucks. Come in and pick up your number, GAM bag, and inserts.

Race-Day Packet Pickup: 9AM race day.

Race-day Information: inform your runners of race-day information such as parking and other info.

Timing and Awards: This race will be manually (not chip) timed.  Prizes to the top five overall male and female, top masters, and 10-year age groups.
