2011 One Mile and 3K Track ChampionshipsThe Club's annual 1-Mile and 3K track championships will take place Wednesday, July 27, starting at 6:30 pm. New location this year: St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School. Schedule 6:40 Kid's Mile/Race Walk 6:55 Masters' Mile (Men & Women together, two heats if needed) 7:10 Women's Open Mile 7:20 Men's Open Mile BREAK 7:45 3K (1st heat - Masters and slower runners) 8:05 3K (2nd heat - Open and faster runners) The Track Championships are FREE to all runners, member and non-member alike. We request that runners pre-register to help us plan better, but show-ups-and-sign-ups are welcome too!Race director: Randy McDermott.
