| Come to McFadden's (2401 Penn. Ave NW) on Thursday evening, February 18th, from 7 to 9 pm for an event sponsored by Soles 4 Souls, a charity that collects shoes and donates them to people in need. Soles 4 Souls and McFadden's are advertising an open bar for anyone who donates a pair of running shoes for the cause. DCRRC will have a table there. So bring one (or many) of your gently worn running shoes, enjoy some drinks and help out a wonderful cause. |
