Join us for the Club's annual 1-mile and 3,000 meter track championships.  There will be multiple heats of each distance (elite, open, masters), so everyone will have a chance to run against a competitive crowd.  Bring the kids; we'll put on a children's heat if there's a young "field".

Schedule subject to change depending on number of entrants, but basic order of races will be maintained.  Be prepared to run 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Stated seed times are not set in stone.   We will assign heats depending on number of entrants and estimated finish times.

The Open Mile Heat at 7:25 is designed for all those, whatever age and gender, who could not make the earlier heats.
