Margie Shapiro, Professional Triathlete and Coach, To Offer Free Seminar and Stride Analysis Exclusively for MTP Participants
Come join MTP Co-coordinator Alexandra ("Alex") Barrage and other MTP members Sunday, June 7, at 11 a.m. for a clinic on Proper Run Technique for Efficiency and Injury Prevention. This interactive seminar will include stride analysis for all participants.
Potomac River Running Store owner Margie Shapiro, who is also a professional triathlete and coach, will share her expertise on the basics of proper run technique, helping you run smoother, faster, and more efficiently while minimizing injury risk. We will meet at Potomac River Running's Ballston location (3924 Wilson Blvd, Arlington VA 22003) -- accessible by metro (Ballston or Virginia Square stations off the orange line) and with ample free parking as well.
