Hello everyone!

If you are new to the Tuesday Night Run – WELCOME! We meet every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at Iwo Jima. We’re excited to have some trainees from the National Marathon/Half-Marathon program join us. Tonight, I will be at a club board meeting, so I will be leaving you all in the ever capable hands of Coach Lauren and Coach Russ. Cue sheets will be provided tonight, but a preview of the route is below.

In addition, some notes about the Tuesday Night Run:

  1. Please wear light colored/reflective gear. It is DARK out, and we want to make sure that cars and bikers can easily see us when we run.
  2. Stick together! Again, it is dark and safety is important.
  3. We will NOT run in thunder/lightning, heavy rain, and icy conditions. This is not necessarily the club policy, but since we are running at night, we follow this for the Tuesday Night Run.
  4. I will generally post something every Tuesday, so please check the website for updates or changes in routes, etc.
  5. Have a great time! We’re so happy you decided to join us for the run.

Happy Running,
Katie
