SMR July 27 - Klingle Road

Date: Sunday, July 27, 2013

Time: 7:30AM

Location: Fuse Pilates in Dupont Circle area (2008 Hillyer Rd NW Washington, DC)

Distance: 4-7 miles

Kristi is back from vacation and it is going to be hot, so... we will have some frozen treats post-run.

If you are looking for a social run group to get in your longer miles for a 10K, 10-Miler, or half marathon -- we are that group.

As always, Fuse opens 10 minutes prior to the start of our runs. If you arrive any earlier the doors will be locked, so just wait outside (but you are in the right place!). The SMR runs do not have a sign-in/sign-out so please make sure to stick with a buddy and please click on the route pre-run to decide what option you would like to do. We do have Gatorade, water, and will help you get matched up to someone that is running your pace and distance.

5.5-mile option: Cross over Connecticut Ave staying on Klingle Road. When you reach the Rock Creak Park/Beach Drive, take a right onto the trail. Continue south on the trail to Calvert Hill. At top of the hill, make a right onto Calvert Street and another right to Connecticut Ave. Head back to Fuse via Connecticut.

7-mile option: After crossing over Connecticut Ave, continue north on Rock Creek Park Trail for about half a mile, then turnaround and head back south on the trail.
