Hi Runners,
 
Congratulations to those of you who ran the Boston Marathon last Monday!  Remarkably, we had a few PRs despite suboptimal racing conditions.  Well done!
 
I expect many people will be resting from the race.  For those who are joining tomorrow, we will run the C&O Canal route.
