March 3 HPT Hill Workout

Welcome to Monday, Hill Workout Monday. 
 
The schedulecalls for 8 repeats this evening. With a 2.5-mile warmup and 1-mile cooldown, you'll run just over 11 miles for the evening. Since this training cycle is targeted at Boston, there will be one more hill workout this month taking us up to 10 repeats.
