Hey everyone, once again we have a race on Tuesday night, which means that tonight's tempo session will be replaced by the race tomorrow.
However, as usual we will have a group run from Iwo Jima for anyone who wants to join, and if there is a critical mass of people who want to run tempo or don't plan on running the race we can do that too.
