DC Road Runners Stride Clinics

The DC Road Runners Club held our first stride clinic on Sunday, April 24, at the Arlington YMCA in Arlington.

The event was open to any club member interested in seeking advice on healthy running.

Many thanks to the Arlington YMCA for partnering with us for the event, to Ian Clements who organized the program and to club volunteers who included Anne Pastorkovich, Joe Racine and others.

The clinic staff included podiatrist Dr. Ben Pearl, DPM, of Arlington Foot and Ankle Center, physical therapist Barbara Fallon Wallace, MSTP, as well as an athletic trainer who provided one-on-one advice to each participant.
