DCRRC Gar Williams Half Marathon, Belle Haven Park

Great day for a race. The sun was shining, wind was down, and the temperature around 50 degrees. Twins John Colavincenzo (1:15:00) and Matias Colavincenzo (1:16:33) took off early and never looked back to win the race. Ben Danforth (1:23:07) gave it the old college try and came in third. Giving the youngsters a run for their money, Kevin D’Amanda, age 44, was the first Masters runner at 1:24:36. Toni Marie Diegoli (1:32:40) passed Beth Miller (1:33:10) late in the race to win the women's division. Number 3 was Masters runner Bridget Guerrero, age 41, in at 1:36:38.

More than a few volunteers made it all happen.
